Responsibilities

Qualifications:

• Analysis: You will analyze and evaluate sales activities and their impact on our customers. Using complex SQL queries, robust data analyses, and meaningful reporting and dashboards, you will provide the data foundation for decision making.
• Concept/Development: You will continue to develop KPIs, reports and tools to continuously enhance our analytical control instruments.
• Advisory: With analytical thinking, you will support departments with data-based action recommendations and help further develop our sales governance.
• Multichannel: As customers operate across channels, you will gain insights into the processes and specifics of delivery service and the online marketplace, and learn about different sales channels and their requirements.
• Education: You have completed a degree with a strong analytical and quantitative focus (e.g., economics, business informatics, industrial engineering).
• Expertise & Experience: You have some practical experience in data analysis, reporting or in developing analytical questions.
• IT: You have solid MS Office skills, especially Excel, and have experience with SQL, Py
