You will gather, analyze, and evaluate data related to subscription programs and customer lifecycles, develop Power BI reporting, and prepare value-added analyses to provide key insights. Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, you will deliver analyses of subscription performance, usage, and trends to identify opportunities and inform business decisions. This position is based at Epson America's headquarters in Los Alamitos, California, with an opportunity for a hybrid schedule. Responsibilities include: gather, analyze, and evaluate relevant data; develop and maintain Power BI dashboards; prepare business reports and executive presentations; collaborate on business planning and forecasting; maintain competitive analyses; provide ad-hoc reporting; build strong cross-functional relationships.
