You will work with national and international clients to understand their needs, translate requirements into actionable strategies and robust functional specifications, and analyze and improve business processes, data flows and systems. You will design new processes, reporting frameworks and transformative solutions; engage stakeholders through presentations; maintain thorough documentation; and stay current with banking trends. Qualifications include a bachelor's degree in accounting and finance, finance and banking, economics, or data science; an MBA or relevant master's degree is desirable; strong written and verbal communication in Greek and English; willingness to travel and work on projects abroad. Experience with financial services/banking clients, knowledge of banking regulation, good business analysis skills, and hands-on experience with SQL and Power BI are desirable. Travel may be required. This is a hybrid role across EY Greece offices (Athens, Patras, Thessaloniki, Crete).
