This on-site role is based in Marion, Indiana. Salary range: $28,600 - $53,600 per year base plus commission. Responsibilities include meeting and exceeding personal and store performance goals, executing sales and operations initiatives in a timely manner, assisting with location operations, staffing, inventory, and store appearance, developing and coaching team members, helping customers make informed buying decisions, and contributing to a positive, engaging work environment. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to meet AT&T standards and drive growth. Qualifications include prior management experience in a similar field (required), retail or customer-facing sales experience (required), ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays (required), strong organizational and interpersonal skills, and the ability to motivate and lead others. Bilingual is preferred; a bachelor's degree is preferred. Experience in telecommunications retail is preferred. Must be at least 18 years old, legally eligible to work in the US, and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
