This on-site role supports the Retail Store Manager in coaching and leading store staff, driving sales, and delivering exceptional customer service for AT&T products and services. Responsibilities include meeting and exceeding personal performance goals, executing sales and operational initiatives in a timely manner, maintaining location operations, staffing, inventory, and store appearance, developing and coaching team members, and participating in marketing activities to maximize selling opportunities. You will work as part of a team to achieve both individual and store goals, with opportunities for growth into a Store Manager role. Qualifications include prior management experience in a similar field (preferably wireless retail), retail or customer-facing sales experience, flexible availability (evenings, weekends, holidays), strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to motivate and coach others. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred; bilingual ability is a plus, and telecommunications experience is advantageous. The physical demands include standing and walking for extended periods, occasional lifting up to 10 pounds, and the ability to use a computer and view screens for prolonged periods.
