RPM Living is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support the day-to-day operations of a tax credit apartment community in Anna, Texas. The role involves marketing and leasing to sustain occupancy, implementing resident retention programs, maintaining resident relations, collecting rents and reconciling deposits, enforcing rent collection policies, processing invoices, monitoring renewals, and preparing move-in paperwork in accordance with housing regulations and RPM Living policies. You will also produce monthly reports for the Property Manager. Qualifications include 2+ years of tax credit experience and related multi-family property management experience, knowledge of HUD rules and regulations, and familiarity with low-income housing program policies. Experience with OneSite software is a plus. Strong leadership and management skills are essential, with the ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. This on-site role may require outdoor work and other physical tasks, with hours including weekdays, nights, and weekends as needed to meet business needs.
