Phusion Projects is seeking an Area Sales Manager to oversee our wholesaler network and marketplace activities. Location: Corpus Christi, Texas. This is a hybrid position with travel within the assigned service area. Responsibilities include partnering with wholesalers to execute programs, monitoring inventory levels to maintain optimal days-on-hand and prevent stockouts, managing retail distribution and pricing to achieve targets, driving volume goals, and handling invoicing and expenses within the assigned budget to maximize gross profits. The role requires exploring new growth opportunities, and reporting regularly to Sales Management. Qualifications include 3-5 years in account executive/area sales or related roles, a bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office, ability to travel overnight up to a week as needed, experience selling consumer products in a B2B environment, experience managing the full sales cycle, strong trade math, excellent presentation skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. Compensation includes a base pay range of $75,000-$85,000 per year, with eligibility for bonuses, commissions, car allowance, cell phone allowance, and mileage reimbursement.
