The Agentic Economy team is expanding Baselayer's graph into the trust layer for agentic commerce, with verifiable credentials, a registry of counterparties, and verification APIs that plug into networks, platforms, and protocols where agent transactions occur. You will join as the founding Account Manager and be the ultimate relationship builder and trusted advisor for clients facing mission-critical fraud and compliance decisions. You will build and maintain strong relationships with C-suite executives and client teams, act as the primary point of contact for some of the largest financial institutions, payment providers, and fintechs in the country, and drive account growth through upsells, renewals, and referrals while ensuring customers succeed with Baselayer. You will become an expert in customers' workflows and pain points, collaborating with internal teams to address them, develop playbooks and processes to scale the AM/CS function, and work directly with the CEO alongside product and engineering to scale customer operations.
