Bosch is seeking an on-site Account Manager to represent the YORK/Hitachi HVAC portfolio in the YORK Factory Direct distribution channel in Allentown, Pennsylvania, United States. The Account Manager will sell residential and commercial HVAC equipment and parts to HVAC contractors, with a strong emphasis on recruiting new YORK Dealers. The successful candidate will develop partnerships with existing customers to grow share of wallet and recruit new customers into the YORK family to increase market share. You will join a motivated team that values inclusion and a positive culture, and you will receive coaching from sales leaders and support from a marketing manager. Responsibilities include building relationships with customers, presenting YORK programs and product features, creating marketing strategies to help customers grow, negotiating prices and terms, and ensuring participation in training (local and virtual).
