Role: Account Manager for the Belgian market. You will own a portfolio of around 30 mid-level partners, helping them unlock growth on our marketplace. You will contribute to cross-functional projects and take ownership of topics with a direct impact on our growing marketplace business. You will join an international Account Management team within Customer Success Management, positioned between Key Account Management and Partner Management. We primarily work in a hybrid model and stay closely connected through regular team sessions, giving you autonomy while being supported by colleagues.

Responsibilities

Take ownership of ~30 marketplace partners, build strong relationships, and use regular performance conversations to identify opportunities around assortment, pricing, revenue, ad spend, and overall business growth. Translate KPIs and data into actionable recommendations. Contribute to cross-functional projects, such as rolling out our CRM tool and improving processes. Collaborate with Customer Success, Key Account Management, Retail Media, and other stakeholders; become a trusted point of contact.
