EnOcean is seeking a Software Engineer - AI Workflows to develop AI algorithms at the heart of our products and to build automated AI workflows that make everyday work across the organization smarter and faster. This is a hands-on builder role; we are not looking for a prompt operator, or a data scientist—we want someone who understands the technology and builds with it. The position can be based in Munich, Germany, or Utrecht, the Netherlands (Remote OK). You will develop and improve AI algorithms inside our products—the models and analytics that turn sensor data into insights—and build automated AI workflows that take recurring manual work off people’s plates. You will bring AI into our systems of record (CRM, ERP, HR, quality, ticketing) together with the people who own those processes. Prototype quickly, keep what works, and turn it into shared company infrastructure. Requirements include solid scripting in Python or JavaScript/TypeScript, hands-on experience automating workflows via APIs, a working grasp of models, data, and agents, and completed end-to-end AI projects you can walk us through.
