Medical Technical Support Specialist
Overview This is a contract-to-hire opportunity based in Sacramento, California. The role is fully remote.
What you will do - Provide timely and effective support for inbound customer inquiries related to medical products. - Deliver chat support and conduct outbound calls as needed. - Troubleshoot issues involving devices, mobile applications, software platforms, and patient portals. - Follow approved communication guidelines to address questions, concerns, and technical issues. - Exercise sound judgment to identify solutions and resolve customer inquiries efficiently. - Support customers in urgent or stressful situations with professionalism and de-escalation. - Document customer interactions, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in the CRM. - Analyze system data and logs related to customer-reported issues and product concerns. - Identify potential product safety concerns and follow escalation procedures. - Advocate for customers by sharing feedback and insights with internal teams. - Contribute recommendations to improve support processes, workflows, and customer experience. - Complete required training and maintain current product knowledge. - Meet or exceed quality, productivity, attendance, and customer service metrics. - Ensure compliance with HIPAA and applicable regulatory requirements. - Perform additional duties as assigned.
