About the role
Founding Account Executive to build our HR/CRA background screening business from the ground up. There is no existing book or playbook yet; you'll define who we sell to, how we position against incumbents, and what a repeatable motion looks like after you prove it out. You will report to Revenue leadership and play a crucial role in establishing Alias's presence in this new vertical. This position is remote and based in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Generate your own pipeline via multi-channel outbound hunting and warm referrals
- Attend industry events
- Manage daily sequence cadences
- LinkedIn outreach
- Focused and personalized emails
- Build and refine the ideal customer profile across employers, staffing firms, and HR/TA organizations; develop a repeatable motion
- Translate prospects' needs into thoughtful demos, negotiations, and orders
