Act as a strategic advisor, facilitating discovery workshops, identifying optimization opportunities, and supporting adoption of AI-powered solutions.
Manage onboarding activities, including business analysis, requirements gathering, solution design, and delivery planning.
Translate business insights into technical specifications and collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery.
Facilitate stakeholder communication through regular business reviews, progress updates, and strategic planning sessions.
Monitor project performance using KPIs, customer satisfaction metrics, and SLAs;
