The Private Markets financial operations team is seeking a hands-on, German-speaking professional to oversee NAV calculations and German investor reporting for private market funds and mandates, and to review work completed by team members. The role also involves coordinating with global teams on investment controlling activities, supervising service providers, facilitating top-down and bottom-up information flow, and providing technical guidance to the team. You will review, improve, and enforce controls and processes within the controlling function and participate in various enhancement and strategic projects. Requirements include a minimum of five years’ experience in private equity fund accounting, fund controlling and/or fund auditing; CPA is preferred; detail-oriented with strong accounting and analytical skills; ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment; fluency in German and English (Italian or French is a plus); excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a proven team player.
