Position: Network Planning Technical Project Manager. This role is based in France with remote work options (Remote OK). The partner company is looking for an experienced professional to design and deliver connectivity infrastructure that supports next-generation cloud and AI platforms. You will manage end-to-end connectivity programs, acting as the primary liaison between internal infrastructure teams, engineering groups, and external telecommunications partners. Responsibilities include site evaluation and fiber architecture, commercial negotiations, and deployment execution across the full connectivity lifecycle—from opportunity assessment to operational readiness. You will serve as the technical owner for fiber pathway architecture, route diversity, and meet-me-room and point-of-entry infrastructure for high-capacity, multi-carrier deployments. Build and maintain strategic relationships with telecommunications providers, fiber owners, utilities, and infrastructure partners. Support procurement activities, including RFx processes, fiber lease agreements, IRUs, and long-term connectivity solutions. Manage timelines and coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure delivery. Maintain accurate documentation of connectivity assets, fiber routes, and infrastructure plans using geospatial data and GIS tools. Review and create infrastructure design plans using AutoCAD to support physical deployments, and contribute to capacity planning and expansion strategies.
