Senior Project Manager (Industrial) – On-site, based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, for ADNOC and related group companies. The role leads the management of assigned projects to ensure delivery in line with the highest HSE standards and objectives for scope, quality, cost and time. The incumbent will supervise and guide Project Managers, coordinate with contractors, sub-contractors, and suppliers, and ensure all contract requirements are met with high standards of quality, health, safety and environmental compliance within the approved budget and schedule. Responsibilities include developing and applying policies, procedures, work methods and standards; preparing schedules, cost estimates and budgets; organizing project teams; selecting sub-contractors and suppliers; defining statements of requirements (SOR) and scope of work; monitoring progress; negotiating claims and variations; approving contractual and financial commitments; ensuring timely audits and inspections; and producing weekly highlights and monthly progress reports. The role also involves training and supervising staff in Projects Management & Construction, and managing financial authority per the delegation of authority.
