You will own end-to-end post-production, including motion design, social effects, and thumbnails, ensuring every video reflects Purdue Global's honest, human voice for working adults. Responsibilities include editing YouTube-first content aligned with Purdue Global's mission, shaping pacing and retention, creating in-edit motion graphics, designing thumbnails in partnership with the producer, and collaborating with the Producer/Director and cross-functional teams to meet channel goals. You will analyze performance data to continuously optimize reach, retention, and engagement, while maintaining a high creative standard and balancing efficiency and scalability.
