Customer Success Manager (f/m/d)

We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to own the client experience from signed quote to a smoothly running mandate. You will manage onboarding, identity verification (KYC), know-your-business (KYB) checks, platform adoption, and early churn prevention for our B2B clients.

Your tasks: - Own the Sales-to-Service handoff: capture client context, challenges, and business goals before onboarding. - Run onboarding end-to-end: guide platform registration, document upload and identity verification, engagement-letter signing, and data transfer from the previous tax advisor; coordinate final approvals with Tax Operations and our Wirtschaftsprüfer. - Execute KYC/KYB checks: collect and verify identification, documents, and information; pre-check client-acceptance criteria, assign risk classifications, and coordinate steps to a final decision. - Drive platform adoption: lead introductory walkthroughs, teach clients how to navigate the platform, set a check-in cadence, and ensure they actually use it: document uploads, task responses, approvals. - Prevent early churn: monitor the onboarding funnel and engagement signal
