TUI Cruises GmbH is a leading cruise operator in the German-speaking market. It is a joint venture of TUI AG and the US-based Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd., employing around 750 staff in Hamburg and Berlin. The Mein Schiff fleet operates nine ships, and since late 2020 the Hapag-Lloyd Cruises brand has joined the group, expanding our premium and expeditions offerings.
We are looking for an Accountant (all genders) for Ship-Related Accounting based in Hamburg.

We are looking for an Accountant (all genders) for Ship-Related Accounting based in Hamburg.
What you can expect:
- Review the content and tax compliance of ship cash receipts - Post concessionaire and port excursion settlements - Post ship cash accounts - Reconcile accounts and communicate with customers, suppliers, and internal departments - Dunning for outstanding items from onboard settlements - Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual closing tasks - Contribute to process improvement projects in the Ship Cash area - Act as the contact point with relevant departments for proper booking of revenues and expenses from the onboard system - Work closely with the Reservations Center and provide telephone and written support to travel agency partners and end customers regarding onboard payments - Identify optimization opportunities and follow up on concrete action items - Organize and ensure international cash delivery to ships
What we look for:
- Completed studies in economics focusing on finance/accounting or a successfully completed commercial training with several years of accounting experience - Solid knowledge of SAP FI and ideally the DaVinci reservation system - Analytical skills and sound judgment -
