CSI Pharmacy is a rapidly growing national specialty pharmacy dedicated to providing services to patients with chronic and rare illnesses who require complex care. This on-site field sales role based in San Diego, California, will partner with pharmacists, clinicians, and business professionals to deliver high-quality treatments, care, and comfort to the patients we serve. The Specialty Account Manager for IVIG will establish and maintain relationships with referral sources in the designated sales territory, collaborate with senior management to improve product knowledge and selling skills, and develop a quarterly business plan to achieve and exceed forecasted sales revenue goals. The role requires actively prospecting referrals, planning efficient routing to service customers, and communicating CSI’s differentiators and services. Qualifications include a college degree or equivalent experience, at least two years of medical/pharmaceutical sales (home infusion or specialty pharmacy experience preferred), and a valid driver's license with access to a reliable vehicle.
