In a hybrid work arrangement, you will join a product team developing advanced energy applications and algorithms that determine the state of electrical power networks. You will design and execute comprehensive testing strategies based on business requirements and solution designs, and develop automated and manual test cases covering functional and non-functional requirements. The role involves integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, managing test execution with Zephyr Scale, and collaborating with software developers, researchers, and product management to deliver customer-ready solutions. You will work with physical laboratory equipment to validate real-life scenarios, mentor team members on QA best practices, and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and product reliability. A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field with 5+ years of QA experience is required. Experience in Python-based test automation, knowledge of OPC, IEC , MODBUS, and IEEE C37.118 are advantageous, as are Docker and Kubernetes, BDD with Gherkin, ISTQB, and familiarity with Agile methodologies. Strong problem solving, collaboration, and a commitment to safety and quality are essential.
