We are seeking a Territory Account Manager to drive direct sales of high-density liquid cooling (HDLC) solutions and intelligent power distribution units (iPDUs) to end-users in the European data center market. This role balances quick-turn sales with a consultative approach, leveraging engineering expertise in HVAC, electrical, or mechanical systems to recommend in-rack cooling and power solutions that address customers’ immediate needs. You will coordinate with the Business Development Manager on larger opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction from initial contact through delivery.

Responsibilities

Direct Customer Engagement: identify and engage enterprise data centers, small cloud providers, and other end-users requiring HDLC upgrades or rack PDUs; travel regionally to customer sites to build relationships and perform needs assessments.
Sales Cycle Management: drive the entire sales cycle for smaller, short-term opportunities—from lead qualification and proposals to negotiation and closing; use cold calls, site visits, and trade show demos to meet or exceed targets for products like coolant distribution units, rear-door heat exchangers, and intelligent PDUs.
Solution Selling with Technical Insight: translate complex features of HDLC and iPDU products into clear customer benefits (efficiency gains, capacity increases, footprint savings); answer questions on cooling capacity, integration with existing HVAC, electrical loads, and net
