About the role

Junior Service Customer Account Manager for the MEAT region acts as the operational backbone for our Service team. This role supports the lifecycle of service contracts, coordinates cross-functional field operations, and ensures delivery of high-value solutions to our clients. You will assist in managing complex contracts, tracking financial metrics, and maintaining proactive communication with both internal engineering teams and external customers to support the region’s commercial success and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities: - Assist in supporting the lifecycle of service contracts, delivering on contractual commitments and managing warranty periods. - Act as the primary bridge between on-site technical teams, logistics, and external subcontractors to ensure timely and compliant service delivery. - Participate in updating KPIs and financial metrics; prepare data for customer reviews and reports to drive operational efficiency. - Manage day-to-day customer communications, contributing to resolving issues proactively in collaboration with our internal engineering and technical experts. - Assist Service Account Managers in identifying and preparing service renewals and extension proposals, contributing directly to the region’s commercial success. - Ensure all activities are carried out in compliance with GE Vernova’s policies, including internal system reporting, financial accuracy, and EHS standards.

Required Qualifications - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related technical field. - Fresh graduates up to 4 years of expe
