Monitor delivery metrics (velocity, throughput, lead time, cycle time, CFD, burn-down/burn-up) to support continuous improvement.

Configure and optimize Jira workflows, automation, dashboards, and reporting.

Partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to align expectations, communicate progress, and resolve challenges.

Promote ownership, transparency, and continuous improvement while maintaining a positive, collaborative environment.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Project Manager, Delivery Manager, or similar role with demonstrated improvements to delivery processes and team performance.
