Multi-Tenant Data Center (MTDC) Program Manager is responsible for owning the complete post-order customer journey for a strategic account, ensuring consistent execution, operational alignment, and exceptional customer outcomes. The role requires strong program leadership, stakeholder management, and the ability to drive results across complex, multi-site environments. You will serve as the primary escalation point for customer concerns and executive-level engagements, maintain visibility into active projects across 25+ concurrent initiatives, and drive customer satisfaction through proactive risk management, issue resolution, escalation reduction, and continuous improvement initiatives. You will lead customer engagement activities, including operational reviews, business reviews, and executive program discussions, and ensure alignment with delivery commitments such as On-Time Delivery (OTD) and On-Time In-Full (OTIF), quality, scope, and execution standards. You will coach and develop project managers and project engineers, act as a matrix leader across sales, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and services teams, and bridge customer commitments with factory capacity and supply chain realities. Travel up to 25%. Requirements include 7+ years in project management or customer-facing roles within data center or electrical infrastructure; Bachelor's degree; PMP preferred; 10+ years in field sales/marketing or strategic customer management; ability to work in the United States without sponsorship.
