Rotork is seeking a Project Manager to lead the Third Party Sales Transfer (3PST) and Entity Split as part of its Global MS D365 deployment. This 12-month fixed-term contract involves managing a multi-country transformation to transfer third-party customers from Rotork factories to appropriate global selling entities and to split selling entities from factories across multiple countries. The role requires coordinating Country Leaders, Plant Managers, Commercial, Legal, Tax, HR, and Data teams to deliver a structured transfer and entity split with robust governance, risk management, and change management. Key responsibilities: - Own the 3PST process for all global entities and oversee the entity split. - Implement business change activities to ensure understanding of the changes, reasons, and roles; align training materials with D365 processes, commercial requirements, and regional operating models. - Lead end-to-end readiness, consolidate functional checklists, and report status to Steering Committee. - Conduct structured gate reviews and ensure Green/Amber/Red criteria before approval. - Manage interdependencies with the DRIVE Programme and other projects; escalate risks and issues with mitigation plans. - Monitor delivery, resolve issues, dependencies, and critical paths with stakeholders. - Provide leadership to local and global team members and advise on solutions to unblock tasks. - Develop trusted relationships with global, regional, and local stakeholders. - Ensure lessons learned from previous deployments are applied. - Collaborate with the 3PST Training Coordinator
