Job Title: Financial Analyst – Financial Planning & Analysis
Overview The Financial Analyst supports the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function by compiling, analyzing, and interpreting financial and operational data across the organization. You will develop recurring and ad-hoc reports, perform variance and trend analyses, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership. The analyst partners with the SVP & CFO, VP of FP&A, and operational departments to prepare operating and capital budgets, forecasts, and special project analyses.

Responsibilities - Conduct financial and statistical analysis across all business divisions including Casino, Hotel, Food & Beverage, Retail, Entertainment, Other Income, Advertising, and G&A - Maintain financial databases and prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packages - Perform ROI analyses for proposed investment projects - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform strategic decision-making
Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent gaming/hotel industry experience - At least two years of finance or related experience; gaming/hotel industry experience preferred - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power BI) and experience with PeopleSoft, Cognos, SQL, and generative AI - Ability to obtain and maintain any required work cards or licenses - Minimum age of 21
