This role leads the BA SW finance transformation and collaborates with cross-functional teams on key initiatives, transitioning to data-based predictive analytics, and defining leading-lagging indicators to monitor the business. It also drives upstream process simplification to remove barriers to execution and improve speed and quality, supports initiatives to enhance variable cost productivity, and seeks opportunities to scale and optimize fixed costs while standardizing finance processes. The position also supports the global transformation of business operations, including HBOC global rollout, HCE perimeter shift/software acceleration, Digital service offering management (software, Forge, Verticals), and special projects. Responsibilities include driving the financial landscape, speed, topline growth, and efficiencies through budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting. The role will help establish the financial structure (including SAP setups, SKU mapping, profit centers, and LOB structure as necessary) for P&L management and virtual P&L reporting. It will be deeply involved in managing financial performance and implementing key finance strategies for sustained business performance. The position will play a critical role in the day-to-day execution of the Management Operating System (MOS) and provide the Service leadership team with meaningful performance analysis, insights, and recommendations.
