Senior Program Manager will provide senior leadership for the delivery of MyndBridge programs across schools, community sites, and the Queens training center. This role is accountable for program quality, outcomes, compliance, and on-time delivery of every program and grant, and serves as the primary liaison between funders and program delivery. Responsibilities include day-to-day management of program delivery—career readiness, industry certification pathways, and grant-funded youth programming—across push-in, after-school, community, and destination-site models; ensuring enrollment, retention, completion, credential attainment, and placement targets are met; standardizing the program launch process, session models, and reporting cadence across sites; leading and developing the program team; supporting hiring and performance management; and fostering accountability and continuous improvement. Grant and contract management includes acting as the accountable program lead for active grants, ensuring contractual deliverables and reporting deadlines, maintaining audit readiness, supporting funder relationships and visits, and contributing to grant renewals and proposals when possible.
