The successful candidate will manage the sales process while delivering excellent customer service, source new customers, help buyers find and design their dream home, and ensure a smooth sales process through financing and construction. Responsibilities include effectively communicating D.R. Horton, Inc.'s value proposition, uncovering customer goals, overcoming objections, closing sales, maintaining documentation from sale through loan, options, and construction, continually sourcing new sales opportunities, developing marketing plans, networking with realtors, managing time to meet sales goals, maintaining a database of prospects, attending sales meetings, building rapport with prospective customers, realtors, and team members, executing policies to ensure compliance with quality standards, and conducting business professionally to increase goodwill and profit.
