The successful candidate will continually source new customers, assist homebuyers in selecting and designing their dream home, and ensure a smooth sales process from sale through loan, options, and construction. Key duties include effectively communicating the company’s value proposition, understanding customer goals, overcoming objections to close sales, maintaining accurate transaction documentation, continually sourcing new sales opportunities, developing marketing plans, networking with realtors, meeting sales goals, maintaining and expanding the database of prospects, attending sales meetings, building rapport with prospective customers and team members, and conducting business in a professional and ethical manner. Qualifications include an Associate’s Degree or two years of related experience; a valid driver’s license and the ability to drive during day or night hours; proficiency with DRH Sales applications on a smartphone, tablet, or laptop; ability to use MS Office and email; physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods, kneel and bend, navigate stairs and uneven terrain, and lift up to 25 pounds.
