The Helper Bees is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to own analytics and reporting for a line of our business, starting with Long-Term Care Insurance (LTCI) products. You will produce partner reports and invoices, rebuild reporting on a modern, governed data stack, and advance from describing what happened to explaining why and recommending what to do next. This is a senior individual-contributor role; you will work hands-on in SQL and dbt against our cloud data warehouse and build internal data products—dashboards, BI tools, and automated reporting—that the business relies on. You will partner directly with business and operations leaders to understand priorities and deliver analyses that influence decisions. You are expected to work independently with a high standard for accuracy and timeliness, and contribute ideas on how reporting should be built, not just execute tasks.
