What you’ll do: - Build relationships with customers and work closely with service/parts/sales staff to increase market penetration - Prospect by calling customers and offering practical solutions to generate new business - Develop relationships of value and trust with customers and coworkers - Identify competitive strengths and weaknesses within the market and adapt to industry developments - Research and propose opportunities for sales growth in the dealership area - Own the entire sales cycle and lead 100-day account strategy plans - Collaborate with team members and leadership to cultivate positive customer experiences - Perform other duties as assigned to support the business
What we’re looking for: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, Automotive Tech, or related field, OR 5+ years of sales/BD/marketing experience - Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, interpersonal) - Comfortable prospecting and networking to solicit new business - Strong organizationa
