Help Desk Technician needed to serve as the first point of contact for users experiencing hardware, software, and network-related issues. This role provides timely and effective technical support for operating systems including Windows, iOS, and Linux, and for a range of software applications. Responsibilities include assisting users with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware and software; provisioning and deploying new hardware; and maintaining a high level of customer service while taking ownership of user issues and proactively resolving problems. Qualifications include US citizenship with an active Secret clearance; a bachelor’s degree or equivalent IT experience; experience delivering technical support for software applications and computer hardware; strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills; and excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
