Drive a high-performance culture and coach DSRs to achieve targets and profitable growth.
Conduct one-on-one coaching and direction meetings with each DSR 3-5 times per week, aligning goals with the sales process.
Lead and facilitate district meetings to educate, inspire, and drive behavioral changes that increase sales.
Establish and monitor success metrics, providing a clear vision for continuous improvement.
Promote continuous improvement in technology, sales skills, soft skills, and product knowledge.
Leverage Sales Support resources (Business Development, Training, Sales Leadership) and tools to maximize consultative selling and process efficiency.
Provide coaching, training, and timely feedback to develop DSRs’ consultative selling skills.
Utilize CRM (Zoho) for sales planning, prospecting, and daily customer engagement.
Conduct 30/60/90-day reviews with DSRs; set learning goals and review progress.
Champion company initiatives and implement district strategies.
Build independent relationships with top customers and high-value prospects.
Conduct Business Reviews to better connect with customers and support their business needs.
Fulfill additional sales management duties and customer relationship management tasks.
