Continua Interiors is seeking a Senior Account Executive – Healthcare to sell the company’s Complete Product and Services Portfolio to healthcare customers in the Midwest. This role requires 5-10+ years of proven sales or design success in commercial office furniture or related industries and 3-5+ years of healthcare sales experience. Key responsibilities include identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, using a consultative sales approach, building trust with key influencers, conducting diagnostic meetings to determine needs and purchase criteria, negotiating contracts, and ensuring that project, product, and service commitments exceed customer expectations. You will maintain and grow customer accounts, provide timely and accurate monthly sales forecasts, and manage multiple assignments with priorities and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances. The role also involves leading customer presentations, interviews, tours, and RFP proposals, and selling Continua’s integrated portfolio by understanding differentiators and our end-to-end process.
