Overview: JPMorgan Chase Corporate Sector, Identity & Access Management, is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to join an agile team as a core technical contributor. You will drive the design, development, and troubleshooting of secure and scalable software solutions across multiple business functions in support of the firm’s objectives.

Responsibilities

Qualifications:

Execute software design, development, and debugging with a mindset to go beyond routine approaches.
Drive adoption of enterprise-approved AI-assisted engineering practices to improve code quality, delivery speed, and operational outcomes, including AI-assisted code review and automated testing, while establishing consistent validation standards.
Leverage the Software Development Life Cycle toolchain, including AI-assisted development and automation, to maximize value.
Produce secure, high-quality production code and maintain algorithms that integrate with other systems.
Create architecture and design artifacts for complex applications and ensure design constraints are met by implementation.
Proactively identify hidden patterns in data to drive improvements in coding hygiene and system architecture.
Contribute to communities of practice and explore emerging technologies.
Formal training or certification in software engineering and 5+ years of applied experience.
8+ years of software development experience.
