Westwood Professional Services, Inc. is seeking a Transportation Project Manager to join our team in Appleton, Wisconsin. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of roadway design, DOT, and project management experience and will lead design projects, mentor staff, and drive business development.

Responsibilities include: - Manage the design and delivery of projects profitably; oversee the technical aspects; supervise engineers and technical staff. - Develop project work plans, budgets, and resource allocations; track milestones to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery. - Review business metrics, manage schedules, and handle monthly invoicing and project accounting. - Implement QA/QC procedures; coordinate with other disciplines and subconsultants; coordinate with government agencies, utility providers, and other outside agencies. - Participate in contract bidding; provide limited observation during construction; review submittals and RFIs. - Resolve design conflicts and field construction issues; represent clients and the firm in meetings with governmental agencies. - Write proposals, participate in interviews, and lead or grow staff; develop and execute marketing pursuit strategies. - Lead business development activities; negotiate contract terms and conditions; ensure adherence to division, regional, and company policies.
