You will guide guests through financing, leasing, and protection product options with transparency and professionalism, structure deals in coordination with sales and lending partners to ensure smooth transactions, and present and sell F&I products such as VSC, GAP, and maintenance using a menu-based process. Build and maintain strong lender relationships to deliver competitive financing options for every guest, while ensuring full compliance with federal, state, and manufacturer regulations on every deal. Partner with the sales team to maximize finance transactions and deliver a seamless handoff, and maintain clean, accurate deal documentation and fund contracts within established timelines.
