Community Sales Manager is responsible for generating new home sales, managing closings for the Century Communities division, and directing traffic conversion to buyers of new homes. You will develop new traffic to our sales studios through networking, outreach to area real estate agents, and public promotions. You will assist the builder in ensuring a great customer experience throughout the construction process and maintain strong relationships with buyers after closing.

Key Responsibilities: - Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and closing goals. - Manage the new home studio, completing the responsibility checklist. - Actively seek customer traffic, referrals, and other channels to generate new business. - Coordinate the sales process with buyers, real estate agents, and lenders to ensure a smooth closing. - Maintain flyers, marketing materials, and signage across all communities. - Attend regular studio and company meetings. - Organize and maintain all studio files. - Communicate with mortgage lenders to ensure documentation is received and the loan processing stays on track for closing on time. - Perform other duties as needed.
