We are seeking a Multi-Site Community Manager to oversee daily operations of multiple manufactured housing communities, drive financial performance, ensure resident satisfaction, and maintain operational consistency across properties. We are seeking a Multi-Site Community Manager to oversee daily operations of multiple manufactured housing communities, drive financial performance, ensure resident satisfaction, and maintain operational consistency across properties. This on-site role reports to the corporate management team and requires strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills to manage multiple locations effectively.
Compensation and benefits: Annual salary of $45,000–$55,000 plus bonus opportunities. Benefits include 401(k); medical, dental, and vision insurance; life, hospital & critical illness Insurance; pet insurance; paid holidays and PTO; and opportunities for career advancement.
Key responsibilities: - Financial & Administrative Management: Oversee rent collection, deposits, and payments; reconcile resident accounts; generate property-specific financial reports; monitor delinquencies; approve vendor invoices; enforce lease terms and manage evictions in compliance with laws; process move-outs and reconcile security deposits. - Resident Relations & Community Engagement: Serve as primary contact for residents; enforce rules and deliver high levels of customer service; participate in local community engagement efforts. - Property Operations & Maintenance Coordination: Oversee maintenance and appearance of multiple communities; coordinate with maintenance teams and third-party vendors; conduct site vi
