Stirling Engine Engineering Manager
Overview The Stirling Engine Engineering Manager is a hands-on technical leader responsible for the day-to-day leadership of Qnergy’s Engine Engineering team, guiding the design, development, testing, and continuous improvement of Stirling engine technology. The role implements the technical direction set by the Chief Engineer by planning and prioritizing engineering work, coordinating cross-functional activities, tracking project execution, and ensuring deliverables meet engineering standards. The manager mentors engineers, removes execution barriers, and promotes collaboration across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Operations.

Responsibilities - Engineering Team Leadership: Lead the Engine Engineering team; assign and prioritize workloads; monitor progress; mentor engineers; support recruiting and professional development; escalate technical issues to the Chief Engineer. - Engineering Execution: Implement the engineering roadmap; coordinate design activities from concept through validation and production release; track deliverables and ensure quality; coordinate change activities; support prototype builds, testing, validation, and manufacturing. - Project Leadership: Develop engineering schedules and resource plans; coordinate activities between Mechanical, Electrical, Materials, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Operations; identify risks; facilitate status meetings; ensure deliverables support program objectives. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Operati
