Turner & Townsend is looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated Senior Project Manager who will act as the key day-to-day client interface on-site in Dubai, UAE, ensuring that client objectives are met and that projects are delivered to time and cost targets with the appropriate quality, sustainability and safety standards. This role requires a strong pre-contract and post-contract delivery background, excellent management and interpersonal skills, and a solid core technical skillset with an understanding of construction, commercial and contractual awareness. You will manage the end-to-end delivery lifecycle for large-scale building projects, liaising with clients, subcontractors and key stakeholders. Responsibilities include developing governance, communication and management control systems for proper delivery; reviewing organizational structures; monitoring team performance and initiating safety and performance improvement measures; ensuring compliance with management systems; identifying and mitigating project risks; leading weekly technical and progress meetings; managing client stage gateway reviews and attainment of conditions precedent; coordinating design stage deliverables to schedule and quality; attending sites to review HSSE, logistics and progress; producing formal reports on progress and presenting updates to the Employer’s representative; administering relevant contracts to protect the client’s interests; and ensuring timely invoicing and payments.
