Podcast Producer and Videographer needed for a fast-growing media company building a world-class business podcast. This is a Day 1 founding role in which you will work directly with the host to tell the stories of the world’s greatest founders. You will lead end-to-end production as the DP, director, and audio engineer, owning the shoot from gear arrival through final file backup. Source cameras, lenses, lighting, and audio gear, building high-end studio environments—from a permanent NYC studio to on-location setups. Travel extensively for field production to locations such as London, Canada, LA, and NYC to capture the show, manage guest arrivals, and produce behind-the-scenes vlogs. Collaborate on research, pressure-test questions, and shape the show’s packaging. You will own high-impact edits for sizzle reels and vlogs, working with dedicated editors on long-form episodes. As the team scales, you will hire and manage the production staff beneath you. You are a “crew of one” who can light a scene, mic a guest, and frame a shot at broadcast quality without external help.
