MSX International is recruiting a Business Analyst to support the Business Planning & Strategy department for Nissan Netherlands. In this role you will manage incentive programs, support dealers, and deliver insights that contribute to successful commercial campaigns. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Fleet, and dealer partners to ensure incentive campaigns are properly set up, executed, and monitored. You will also play a key role in process optimization and in ensuring timely and accurate payout of incentives. Responsibilities include: Processing incentive claims and payment batches, manually and via the Incentive Management System (IMS2); Acting as the primary point of contact for dealers on incentive-related questions and support; Producing reports, analyses, and monitoring dashboards to support incentive payments and campaign performance; Participating in campaign planning meetings and coordinating offers with Marketing Managers; Ensuring timely and correct configuration of incentive offers in the IMS; Conducting internal controls and audits to ensure accuracy and legality of payments; Supporting external dealer audits; Identifying and implementing process improvements across incentive management, sales support, financial reporting, and campaign planning; Serving as back-up for the Incentives System Analyst with system configurations, payments, credit notes, and system developments; Providing training and knowledge-sharing to internal staff and dealers on incentives.
