Position: Medical Sales Representative – Spine (Italy). What You’ll Do: - Support surgical teams by preparing and managing spinal instrumentation and implants. - Learn spinal anatomy, imaging, and surgical techniques through structured training and hands-on exposure. - Manage logistics and surgical inventory across hospital accounts. - Ensure successful surgical case coverage by staying sharp, responsive, and detail-oriented. - Collaborate with surgeons, hospital staff, and your team to deliver outstanding service. - Represent VB Spine with professionalism, urgency, and integrity. What You Bring: - Sales, business development, or technical experience strongly preferred. - University degree preferred (Engineering, Nursing, Biology, or related fields) but not mandatory. - Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). - Proficient in English and Italian (written and spoken). - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. - Product and sales training provided based on experience level.
