Overview: Bold Community seeks a creative, modern Convention Sales Manager (m/f/d) to join our team at our Eventhotel in Königstein im Taunus, Germany. In this role you will plan and execute conventions, celebrations, and events across our facilities. You will manage your own projects and clients from initial inquiry to invoicing.

Market and sell our 40 conference rooms, Mind Spaces, Creative Cubes, Taunusarden, and our legendary parties.
Manage projects and client relationships from first contact to final billing.
Lead site tours and enthusiastically present solutions that meet client needs.
Collaborate with clients from concept through execution to ensure their dreams and expectations are exceeded.
Engage with clients on equal footing and translate their requirements into unique, memorable events.
Experience with Sihot / PMS is a plus.
An open, engaged team that grows together.
80% of the year spent working Monday–Friday, with flexible arrangements (flexitime and part-time or 2–3–4 day weeks where possible).
