The ISA will serve customers in person, by phone, email, and text, using sales, customer service, and administrative skills to create value for both customers and the company.

Responsibilities

Qualifications:

Interact with customers in person, by phone, email, and text
Conduct discovery conversations with existing and prospective customers to identify products and services to grow the business
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve branch and company sales and profitability goals
Use the company system to prepare quotes and process quotes needed by customers
Process orders and arrange for pick up or delivery
Respond quickly and accurately to customer requests
Collect payments when applicable
Keep customers informed of changes
Support Outside Sales Associate in responding to customer needs
Learn and sell new products to achieve sales growth
Maintain high level of customer service per Master Halco standards
Maintain proficient product knowledge
Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow SOPs and company policies
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless sales process
Expedite resolutions and make timely decisions when issues arise
Ensure accurate and timely processing of quotes, orders, and sales activities
Understand Master Halco products and services
Perform special projects as assigned by management
Strong selling skills; ability to influenc
