Responsibilities

Work directly with the Managing Partner to plan, organize, and execute a variety of executive-level projects.
Act on behalf of the Managing Partner in communications with internal teams, vendors, and outside parties when directed.
Drive projects forward independently—anticipate roadblocks, follow up proactively, and push initiatives through to completion.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adjusting priorities as needs shift.
Obtain and compare quotes from vendors and service providers to support decision-making.
Serve as a liaison between the Managing Partner and internal departments to keep projects moving.
Communicate clearly and professionally with staff, vendors, and outside contacts, both verbally and in writing.
Track project status, deadlines, and deliverables, providing regular updates to the Managing Partner.
